Just finished working on a job in Georgia. This was a job we used the metal roof restoring system. This roof is one of the Georgia Prisons. They will now have a cool roof that wont leak!! 

We are now working on the back side of Phifer Wire in Tuscaloosa, AL working on 5 Acres of roof.

Going “Green” Could Mean Tax Breaks for Commercial Building Owners

Commercial building owners can take deductions by reducing the costs of three energy-using systems: building envelope, lighting and heating/cooling. If all three systems are improved, the building owner can take a total deduction of $1.80 per square foot. If any single system is improved, the owner can deduct one third of that amount.

Our white, reflective roof coatings, SPF foam roofing and single-ply membrane systems fall under the “building envelope” category. Business owners who have these systems installed can qualify for a $.60 per square foot tax deduction if the improvement produces an energy savings of 50 percent or more of the projected annual energy costs for the building.

This applies to new construction and renovations of offices, retail stores, warehouses, apartment buildings and publically-owned buildings “placed in service” between January 1, 2006 through December 31, 2013.
